*We will not be making the fillings in class. The Swiss meringue buttercream or chocolate ganache is expected to be made prior to class.

-large mixing bowl
-small mixing bowl (3)
-stand mixer or hand mixer
- medium saucepan
-large star piping tip (or any large tip that can be used for the filling)
-round piping tips
-sheet tray (3)
-silicone mat or parchment paper
-oven thermometer (optional but highly recommend it)
